Whispers – Membership Terms & Conditions
(Because even a secret bar needs a little paperwork)
Welcome to Whispers, the speakeasy operated by JD Hospitality in Eindhoven. By signing the Whispers Membership Form, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — preferably with a cocktail in hand.
1. Membership Basics
- A Whispers Membership is personal, valid until December 206 (yes, we like long‑term relationships), and costs €5 per person.
- Membership grants you access to Whispers and the right to bring one guest per visit. Choose wisely – your guest reflects on you.
2. Access & House Rules
- Whispers is a private, members‑only speakeasy. Entry is granted upon showing your membership confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who disrupts the atmosphere, behaves inappropriately, or forgets that this is a classy establishment, not a student bar.
- Please respect the venue, the staff, and the other guests.
3. Guest Policy
- Members may bring one guest per visit.
- You are responsible for your guest’s behavior. If they break something, spill something, or start singing loudly, we will look at you first.
4. Conduct & Etiquette
- Treat staff and fellow guests with respect.
- No aggressive behavior, harassment, or anything that ruins the vibe.
- The use of mobile phones is not allowed during your visit.
5. Payments & Fees
- The membership fee of €5 is non‑refundable.
- All drinks and services must be paid for during your visit.
- We do not accept payment in the form of secrets, favors, or “exposure”.
6. Liability
- JD Hospitality is not responsible for lost items, damaged egos, or questionable decisions made after midnight.
- You enter Whispers at your own risk – especially if you try the stronger cocktails.
7. Changes to Terms
- JD Hospitality may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- If we do, we’ll notify members through our website or during your next visit (probably whispered).
8. Membership Termination
We may revoke your membership if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions
- You behave in a way that endangers staff, guests, or the ambiance
- You attempt to order a hot chocolate
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Agreement
By signing the Whispers Membership Form, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- You agree to comply with them
- You accept that Whispers is a place of charm, discretion, and good spirits – and you intend to keep it that way
